Booking & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote by emailing us with your move details, including collection/delivery postcodes, property size and any large or unusual items. We will then complete a site visit and email you your quote the same day.
Is your pricing fixed?
Quotes are based on the information provided. Final costs may change if additional items or waiting times occur.
Do you require a deposit?
For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your booking date.

What areas do you cover?
We operate locally and nationally depending on availability - just ask.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes, we can provide full or partial packing services using professional materials.
Are my items insured during the move?
Yes, we carry Goods in Transit insurance and Public Liability insurance for peace of mind.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we can assist with dismantling and reassembly where required.
House Clearances
What does a house clearance include?
We clear unwanted items from homes, garages, lofts and gardens (subject to agreed scope)
What happens to the items you remove?
We prioritise recycling and donating items to charities where possible.
Are you licensed to carry waste?
Yes, we are fully licensed upper-tier waste carriers, ensuring legal and responsible disposal.

Are there items you cannot take?
Yes. We cannot remove hazardous waste such as:

Do you provide waste transfer notes?
Yes, waste transfer documentation is provided for all clearance jobs
Are disposal costs included?
Some items (e.g. mattresses, fridges, TVs) may incur additional disposal charges, which will be explained in your quote.
Access & Logistics
What if parking is difficult?
We understand that some properties do not have space for lorry access, in these situations we will use smaller vehicles and more staff in order to complete your move/clearance.
Do you work in flats and top floor offices?
Yes, please inform us in advance about stairs, lifts, or restricted access.
What happens if there are delays on the day?
Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may be chargeable.
Safety & Responsibilities
Do you move everything?
We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsafe, illegal, or not disclosed in advance.
Are you responsible for cleaning?
We clean up any mess we create, but full property cleaning is not included.
Payments & Cancellations
When is payment due?
Payment is typically due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum 7 days notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
